Our relations with existing and new customers are equally important. We continuously monitor the ongoing emerging of new technology and the evolution of customer requirements so as to develop and implement improvements in our future concepts and in modification programs for existing equipment.
Air Defence has an impressive track record of international cooperation via transfer of licences, and co-development and production. The production under license of FLYCATCHER by Bharat Electronics Limited of India goes back to 1985, Another international cooperation contract was concluded in 1994 with INDRA from Spain, for the co-development of a new lightweight VSHORAD Surveillance Radar called RAVEN. After very successful trials in Spain this devel-opment was followed by a series delivery contract in 1999. Of significant importance is furthermore the contract for manufacturing and delivery of the FLYCATCHER Mk2 to Venezuela, launching this revolutionary system well into the 21st century.
