| In case of technical questions you are requested to notify this to the Helpdesk of Thales Communications. Please take notice of the following:
It is recommended to fill in the form as accurate as possible, this will simplify the managing and speed up settlement of the question.
The customer is handed a form either electronically or on paper or both to raise questions.
The notifier is asked to fill in the first and the last block:
1.If field are not relevant for the question (e.g. serial number) simply leave it blank
2.In case of a complaint, please follow the complaint procedure instead.
Description of the helpdesk request: Please state all relevant information describing the question. It can be helpful to state versions of software, hardware/software configuration data, any special
(environmental) circumstances etc.
