Complaints

In case of complaint or non-conformity you are requested to notify this to the Quality Assurance department of Thales Communications.  Please take notice of the following:

It is recommended to fill in the form as accurate as possible, this will simplify the managing and speed up settlement of the complaint.

Please verify that no special clauses concerning warranty or logistic handling have been specified for your company. If you have a special agreement, this special agreement will prevail.

The customer is handed a form either electronically or on paper or both to notify complaints.

The notifier is asked to fill in the first two blocks:

  1. Please state the name of your company, your point of contact and your reference to this complaint. In addition state the name and the number of items involved in the complaint and serial numbers (if applicable) of the items in question. If known please state also the name of the Thales sales engineer or program manager who handled the items
  2. In case of a warranty, please state the contract number involved.

Description of the complaint: Please state all relevant information describing the complaint. It can be helpful to state versions of software, hardware/software configuration data, any special (environmental) circumstances etc.
