The LUNOS system is a versatile set night vision equipment that perfectly matches a variety of mission requirements such as border
guarding and peacekeeping operations.
The LUNOS passive night vision family consists of a common body, several high speed objectives with different magnification factors
(1x, 4x and 6x) and a number of options, such as face mask, grip, monopod and reticle.
Unlike other systems, the LUNOS system allows fast exchange of objectives on the spot in the field. Switching from one objective
lens to another is comparable with changing the lenses of a photo camera. The concept allows to change in the field, within one minute, from lightweight mask mounted hands-free night driving goggles to medium or long range, tripod mounted observation binoculars.
The family concept is open ended by nature because of its modular approach. Later extensions to the family can easily be integrated
