Infrastructure Outsourcing

- desktop and workstation management,
- complete voice and data network management (one of the distinctive competencies of Thales)
Applications Management Services (AMS)
- maintenance of specific systems
- maintenance of standard application software (ERP, PDM, HRIS, etc.).
- In addition, Thales also has expertise in technical and industrial systems (including the gas pipeline control system in Russia and the Hong Kong subway control and supervision system).
For all these types of application, Thales offers highly flexible services:
- Operation, i.e., daily management of processes and durability of service,
- Hosting, i.e., access to powerful, shared infrastructures located in our centres in Elancourt (near Paris) or London, or in one of our four European satellite centres providing local service (Oviedo in Spain, Toulouse in France, Geneva in Switzerland and Cologne in Germany),
- Auditing and Consulting, for example to study the suitability of outsourcing at a given site, or to optimise architectures,
- Backup Plans: the resources and methods we implement to make our sites secure and durable guarantee you first-class service,
- Maintenance Management including preventive, adaptive and scalable maintenance (with application testing and acceptance),
- ASP (Application Service Provider) now being developed, with an initial project underway.
