After the selection of potential spare/repair parts is made, the selection of the tools to disassemble/assemble these parts can be made. General and special test/measuring equipment used to locate the defective parts and to adjust repaired parts can also be defined.

Consistence with the other logistic products is guaranteed by the output of the Logistic Support Analyse. One of these outputs, the Maintenance Task List defines at which maintenance level the potential spare/repair parts can be replaced and what which tools and test equipment is required.

On request, Thales Nederland is capable of performing Life Cycle Cost Analysis in order to propose to the customer the optimum maintenance concept for his equipment in operation. Based on this concept, the quantity of tools and test/measuring equipment can be advised.
