Thales Services can provide Field Services for various purposes. Experts or, as the need may be, teams of experts can be dispatched to our customers' facilities or foreign ports or sites to carry out activities such as:

• failure diagnoses and repair,
• equipment or site surveys/inspections,
• installation or removal of equipment,
• modification,
• testing, including e.g. Static and Dynamic Alignment,
• trial support, including Live Firings,
• On The Job Training,
• Periodic / Preventive Maintenance,

Arrangements can be made with Thales Services for the call-out of technical staff. A comprehensive description of the task, the defect or the problem will be established, for the purpose of determining the needs as accurately as possible.
